By creating an account or using toon.wtf ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to use this Site.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to adult content is prohibited.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting may result in suspension of all linked accounts.

2. Account & subscription

Most content on toon.wtf requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by our payment processor under their own terms. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled case-by-case via the helpdesk. We do not issue refunds for chargebacks; chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

3. Content & intellectual property

All artwork, comics, illustrations, and pics on the Site are copyrighted by their respective creators (palcomix, contributing artists, or original rightsholders). They are licensed to you for personal viewing within the Site only.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, repost, mirror, or republish content from the Site on other platforms.
• Use any tool (script, downloader, scraper, account sharing) to bulk-download the catalog.
• Share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Resell or transfer your account.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. User-generated content

When you post comments, suggestions, forum threads, profile bios, or any text on the Site, you grant toon.wtf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Site.

You agree NOT to post:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance — accounts terminated immediately, reported to authorities where required).
• Content depicting non-consensual scenarios involving real people.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate speech directed at other members.
• Spam, advertising, or links to competing adult subscription sites.
• Personal information of others without consent.

5. Fictional characters disclaimer

All characters depicted in sexual content on this Site are fictional and are portrayed as adults aged 18 or older, regardless of their depictions in any original source material. All scenes are depicted as consensual between fictional adult characters.

6. Gamification features

The Site includes gamification systems (sticker albums, vault drops, trading post, battles, coins, items, People's Choice). These features are part of the membership experience and have no real-world monetary value. Coins, cards, items, and other in-game assets:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred outside the Site.
• Have no value upon account termination or site closure.
• May be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion as the systems evolve.

7. Trading & battles

The Trading Post and battle systems allow members to interact with each other's in-game inventories. We are not responsible for trading decisions made between members. All trades, ante stakes, and battle outcomes are final once executed.

8. Behavior & community

• Be respectful in forum, comments, and DMs.
• Do not attempt to circumvent moderation, suspensions, or technical security.
• Do not abuse bugs or exploits — report them via the helpdesk. We reward good-faith reporters.

9. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. In serious cases (CSAM, fraud, attempted exploits, harassment), termination is immediate and permanent without refund.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for missed content or in-game time during outages.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Site's content, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted in the site's Announcements section. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which toon.wtf operates. Disputes will be resolved through that jurisdiction's courts.
